Welcome—I'm Edina, a dedicated holistic therapist based in Northamptonshire. My passion is supporting others on their journey toward greater health, balance, and inner resilience through gentle, yet effective, complementary therapies.

I specialise in Craniosacral Work, Sharon Wheeler's ScarWork, BEMER Physical Vascular PEMF Therapy, and Buteyko Breathing Techniques—each chosen for their ability to support the body’s natural healing processes.

As a trauma-informed therapist, I offer a safe, compassionate space for you to reconnect with your body and gently release the effects of both physical and emotional trauma. Whether you're healing from long-held tension, surgery, injury, or life’s deeper wounds, I work with care and sensitivity to support your unique needs.
