I am a Visionary Craniosacral practitioner, a title that reflects a specific way of "listening" to the body with the hands. As Hugh Milne, the founder of Visionary Craniosacral Work, explains:

In my sessions, I combine this visionary touch with Sharon Wheeler’s ScarWork, BEMER Physical Vascular Therapy, and Buteyko Breathing Techniques. This unique toolkit allows me to support you through everything from post-surgical recovery to deep-seated anxiety and chronic tension.
